Bruce Springsteen recibió su Oscar a la canción original, por la sombría “Streets of Philadelphia” de la película “Philadelphia” de manos de la presentadora Whitney Houston. Este fue su discurso de aceptación: “Thank you. Gee, this is the first song I ever wrote for a motion picture, so I guess it’s all downhill from here”.
