Los GRAMMY Awards 2021 premiarán las mejores grabaciones, composiciones y artistas en un periodo de elegibilidad comprendido: desde el 1 de septiembre de 2019 al 31 de agosto de 2020.

Para esta oportunidad, la lista de nominaciones fue divulgada desde el 24 de noviembre del 2020, en la Web oficial de los GRAMMY Awards 2021.Y para dar más realce a cada nominación, se contó con la colaboración de varios artistas: Harvey Mason Jr.,Pepe Aguilar, Yemi Alade, Nicola Benedetti, Lauren Daigle, Mickey Guyton, Imogen Heap, Gayle King, Dua Lipa y Sharon Osbourne.

GRAMMY Awards 2021 – Polémicas

El cantante The Weeknd  no fue nominado en ninguna categoría principal por su tema “Blinding Lights” y por su álbum “After Hours”. Él publicó en su Twitter:

“Los Grammy siguen corruptos. Me debes a mí, a mis fans y a la industria la transparencia…”.

Y también mencionó, que las 9 nominaciones de Beyoncé – según su perspectiva – no merecía ninguna, porque según él no se merece ninguna, y “Blinding Lights”???

Por su parte, Justin Bieber se quejó en su cuenta de Instagram, que los Grammys se equivocaron con él, en las nominaciones de su álbum “Changes”. Según Bieber su álbum es R&B y no Pop. Por su parte, sus fans reconocieron que ese no fue el mejor álbum de Justin.
